Excellence in Management

My name is Dawson Brighton and I am currently a Claim Team Manager at State Farm. My current workload and skill base is focused on project management and leadership development. While I have been able to aid in the success of multiple employees, such as promotion, I am always willing to broaden and deepen my skills by trying something new. Challenge is the key to all success and where I find I am most fulfilled. Currently, my goal is to complete my bachelor degree in Economics from Oregon State and then pursue an upper-level leadership position in the insurance industry.  This will allow me to pursue my own professional development and skill base.
